Timina

I’ve always heard “timina” used in a positive way to show that someone is brave, courageous, composed.

Now, looking at my dictionary, I see it’s more broadly translated as “application,” so could be used in a neutral way, though I’ve always heard, “I/A/U timinna ka di”

You can also use it negatively:

N timina ka go!

‘My timina is displeasing!’ → “I’m languid/lethargic/lazy!”

Or:

Mɔgɔ timinango don!

“He/she is a lazy person!”
