These terms govern use of the An ka taa Forum at ankataa.discourse.group.
The forum is operated by An ka taa. By using the forum, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply only to the forum. Payments, subscriptions, courses, refunds, and other An ka taa products or services may be covered by separate terms or policies.
About the Forum
The An ka taa Forum is a private student space connected to An ka taa language learning.
Forum access may be connected to your An ka taa learning platform account and your student access status. If your student access ends, your forum access may also be changed, restricted, or removed.
Who May Use the Forum
The forum is mainly intended for adult learners.
For legal and safety reasons, users should be at least 13 years old to use the forum.
Your Account
You are responsible for your forum account and for activity that happens through your account.
Please use a valid email address and keep your login information secure.
If you think your account has been compromised, contact support@ankataa.com.
You can request that your forum account be closed by contacting support@ankataa.com.
Acceptable Use
Please use the forum in a normal, respectful, and lawful way.
You may not:
- Break the law using the forum.
- Spam other users.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or doxx anyone.
- Post malicious links, viruses, spyware, or other harmful material.
- Try to bypass security, access restrictions, or private areas of the forum.
- Use another person’s account without permission.
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the forum in a way that puts strain on the site or violates these terms.
- Encourage someone else to violate these terms.
Forum Content and Student Privacy
Some assignments, prompts, corrections, student discussions, and other student-only materials may be posted in the forum.
Please do not copy, repost, screenshot, or share private forum content publicly unless you have permission.
Please do not copy another student’s private posts, assignments, corrections, or personal information into public tools, AI tools, or other services without permission.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you post in the forum.
By posting in the forum, you give An ka taa permission to display, store, copy, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate the forum.
An ka taa may use anonymized or paraphrased forum questions, language examples, or discussions to improve lessons, support materials, or future teaching.
You are responsible for what you post. Please do not post content that you do not have the right to share.
Moderation
An ka taa may edit, move, hide, or remove posts if needed to keep the forum useful, respectful, and focused for students.
An ka taa may restrict, suspend, or remove forum access if a user violates these terms, misuses the forum, or creates problems for the student community.

Third-Party Services
The forum is hosted by Discourse and may connect with other services needed to operate the forum, manage student access, send notifications, or provide support.

An ka taa makes reasonable efforts to keep the forum useful and available, but does not guarantee that the forum will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Forum discussions are for learning, discussion, and community support. They are not professional legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.
Limits on Liability
As far as the law allows, An ka taa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the forum.
Termination
You may stop using the forum at any time.
An ka taa may restrict or end your access to the forum at any time if needed to enforce these terms, protect the forum, or manage student access.
Some parts of these terms may continue after your forum access ends, including sections about your content, forum content, limits on liability, and disputes.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
Any dispute related to these terms or the forum will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Newark, Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
