I think there’s some mistakes in there, but is the gist: when Ouattara arrives and he calls the ministers, they reply “Naamu”?
Since Ouattara has taken power, the minsters reply by “naamu”.
Funny but also a bummer that it’s kinda poking fun at him for being Jula (and/or the use of an African language)
