Yes, you can use ka tɛmɛ X kan to express the idea of the superlative by slotting something like bɛɛ or à bɛɛ (Lit. “it all”, with “it” referring to the thing under discussion [e.g., “all the times of day” in this case]) in for X.
You could say your sentence like this:
Yan, sufɛ ka di ka tɛmɛ bɛɛ kan
“Here, nighttime is pleasing more than all [other times]”
For clarity, you could add waati in there:
Yan, sufɛ ka di ka tɛmɛ waati bɛɛ kan
