On RFI Mandenkan today, I noticed the use of the expression ka kari ɲɔgɔn na in the context of two soccer teams facing off (Fr. s’affronter). Something like:
Bi Chelsea ni Manchester bɛ kari ɲɔgɔn na
‘Today, Chelsea and Manchster face off’
The verb is kári with a high tone.
