The expression ka bɔ à sira fɛ seems to be used to mean “to implement something”. For example:

walasa o nganiya ka bɔ a sira fɛ , an bɛ ka ko bɛɛ kɛ walasa hadamadenw ka hakili sɔrɔ

‘So that decision can be implemented, we are doing everything (we can) so that humans gain knowledge’

And actually, Touré in his Lesebuch defines it:

kà fɛ́n dɔ́ bɔ à síra fɛ̀

‘to do something as planned’

So it can be “to go according to plan” or “to implement according to plan”!
