For kuncɛ, yes it can mean “to conclude sth” or “to wrap sth up” etc.
Not all words are in the AKT dictionary. You can also check other dictionaries like Bamadaba if you want. It’s less wieldy (in my humble opinion ), but it’s more comprehensive. I’m always on the fence about when to add new words to the AKT dictionary since originally it was meant to be a pocket dictionary of the most frequent and useful words, etc.
