For those that are curious, here’s my correction and translation:
SENEGAL : Jazz
ɲanajɛbaɲɛnajɛba kuncɛra Saint-Louis mara la karidon“SENEGAL: The big jazz festival in the Saint-Louis region wrapped up on Sunday”
Hakɛtɔ! I was discouraged as I only understood the last word but your translation makes sense. So kuncɛ means to wrap up? Couldn’t find it in the dictionary!

Headlines often use vocabulary that you might not recognize from day-to-day speaking.
For kuncɛ, yes it can mean “to conclude sth” or “to wrap sth up” etc.
Not all words are in the AKT dictionary. You can also check other dictionaries like Bamadaba if you want. It’s less wieldy (in my humble opinion 
), but it’s more comprehensive. I’m always on the fence about when to add new words to the AKT dictionary since originally it was meant to be a pocket dictionary of the most frequent and useful words, etc.
