What’s misleading in the video’s title is that the bilingual education program (which I guess goes by the label ELAN) actually is for seven of the most widely spoken languages in Côte d’Ivoire. Jula is just one of them – maybe Senufo is one too for certain schools? :thinking:

I tried googling and didn’t come across anymore info. But there’s been similar programs over the years across the region since independence.
