I can’t recall for that specific episode, but elsewhere RFI Mandenkan journalists say what one might expect: waati yɛlɛma.
For example:
Waati yɛlɛma kɔlɔlɔw [NOTE: This is mispelled as “kololo” in the original] an ka sigida n’a lamini ma
‘The consequences of climate change [lit. ‘time change’] in our town and its surroundings’
